2. Doll-Magic
If you want to make a totally new doll this is the place. It has the largest collection of pieces in one doll maker I've come across. But that comes at the price of ease of use, this site requires patients, only a few pieces show up at a time and it is a little slow. Though if you want to leave and come back don't worry so long as you don't delete your cookies your doll should be as you left it. I highly recommend this to anyone with some time on their hands.
